Top Ten Tuesday | Spring TBR Books

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and The Bookish.

This week's TOP TEN:
TOP TEN BOOKS ON MY SPRING TO BE READ LIST

Oh Spring. That beautiful season when the ground doesn't suck anymore. When I can walk with confidence that my foot won't hit an icy page and send me sprawling onto the ground into a murky grey snow drift with absolutely no prince charming nearby to help me. Just that woman with her ridiculous dog wearing ridiculous booties. Yes, spring, I cannot wait. On top of that, there are some fantastic books that I CANNOT wait to read this spring. Perhaps at a park with a light jacket. Or even at a coffee shop on a rainy - not snowy - day.

So many good books come out in the spring! I'm looking forward to every single one, but I'm most excited for:

1. Rise (Eve #3) by Anna Carey - due out April 2.
2. The Elite (The Selection #2) by Kiera Cass - due out April 23.
3. This is What Happy Looks Like by Jennifer E. Smith - due out April 2.
4. School Spirits by Rachel Hawkins - due out May 14.
5. Deception (Defiance #2) by C.J. Redwine - due out April 27.

And let's be honest...I have a thousand and two books that are already on my shelves to read:

6. For Darkness Shows the Stars by Diana Peterfreund
7. Requiem (Delirium #3) by Lauren Oliver
8. Finale (Hush Hush #4 by Becca Fitzpatrick
9. Everyday by David Levithan
10. Cinder by Marissa Meyer

Hmm...Spring.
Hmm...Books.
Spring + Books = lots and lots of reading

What is on your Spring 2013 TBR list?!?
Tell me. I want to know!

  4. I really love Cinder (and Scarlet), so I hope you get a chance to read them BOTH soon. ;) I just finished Requiem and while I wasn't a fan of the book overall, I was satisfied with the ending. I still need to read Defiance, so it looks like I'm a bit behind... ;) Happy reading!
